Matt held my hand through the entire process. I wasn't even shopping for a home when I stumbled upon mine... and he made every step of the way easy to understand. I can't recommend him enough.

My nephew referred Matt to me for the sake of my brother’s house. My nephew had also used Matt to buy a condo. Sadly my brother passed away and I inherited his house. Matt gave me good advice along with a list of things that needed done and also had business referrals to help accomplish these things. I had a terrible time as my brother passed in February and I had to do an eviction and did not get into the house until July. Because of Matt’s advice the house was ready to be sold and under contract the end of July. My brother’s house was under probate which the buyer had no problem with. Once the house was under contract Matt took over and I did not really need to do anything else but sign and receive proceeds from the sale. Matt is also a super person and is very knowledgeable in the realty business. I would use Matt again. Thank you again Matt for all your help!
